ออกแบบจัดสวนกลางบ้าน พื้นที่กลางแจ้งหรือคอร์ตยาร์ดที่ออกแบบให้เรียบง่าย โปร่งโล่ง และเต็มไปด้วยความสงบ (Serene) โดยยังคงความเป็นพื้นที่นั่งเล่นอเนกประสงค์ (Patio) สำหรับการพักผ่อน ทำกิจกรรมเบา ๆ หรือใช้เวลาร่วมกันกับครอบครัวและผู้มาเยือนเป็น “มุมสงบกลางบ้าน” ที่ทุกคนเข้ามาแล้วรู้สึกผ่อนคลาย  ผสมผสานความโมเดิร์นและความธรรมชาติอย่างสมดุลด้วยเส้นสายและวัสดุเรียบง่าย แต่ถูกโอบล้อมด้วยสีเขียวของต้นไม้ เน้นการใช้ชีวิตแบบไม่เร่งรีบ (slow living) ทำให้ patio ไม่ใช่แค่พื้นที่ภายนอก แต่เป็น “พื้นที่พักใจ” ใช้โทนธรรมชาติและเอิร์ธโทน เช่น ไม้สีอ่อน เทาอ่อน เขียวธรรมชาติ ผสมกับดีไซน์โมเดิร์นที่ดูสะอาดตา  ให้มีความรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ในมุมสงบที่ตัดขาดจากความวุ่นวายรอบบ้าน แต่ไม่โดดเดี่ยว กลับเป็นพื้นที่ที่เอื้อให้เกิดบทสนทนา เล่นสนุก หรือนั่งเงียบ ๆ อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ

พื้นหลักปูไม้เทียมโทนสีน้ำตาลอบอุ่น ตัดกับขอบแปลงปลูกต้นไม้ที่กรุด้วยหินอ่อนสีเทาเข้มลายธรรมชาติ เพิ่มมิติให้พื้นที่ดูหรูหราและมีโครงสร้างชัดเจน

มุมหนึ่งมีเก้าอี้ยาวบิลต์อินพร้อมเบาะนั่งสีอ่อน ชวนให้นั่งพักผ่อน ในขณะที่อีกมุมมีชิงช้าไม้แขวนกรอบโครงเหล็ก ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มความผ่อนคลายและความน่าสนใจให้พื้นที่ ภาพรวมถูกเติมความเขียวด้วยไม้พุ่มและต้นไม้ทรงสูง ทำให้แม้เป็นพื้นที่ในเมืองก็รู้สึกใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ

ดีเทลตกแต่ง ขอบแปลงและไฟซ่อนใต้ขอบทางเดินช่วยให้สวนดูสว่างและอบอุ่นในยามค่ำคืน เป็นพื้นที่ที่ผสมฟังก์ชันการใช้สอยและความสวยงามได้อย่างกลมกลืน

ชิงช้าถูกออกแบบด้วยไม้สีอบอุ่น เสริมเบาะนั่งสีขาวครีมและหมอนทรงกลมคู่ ให้ความรู้สึกสบายตา โครงแขวนทำจากเหล็กผสมไม้ ดูแข็งแรงแต่ยังคงความละมุน ส่วนพื้นหลังเป็นผนังกรุแผ่นกระเบื้องแนวตั้งสีเทาอ่อนสลับเส้นแนวนอนเล็กๆ ช่วยเพิ่มจังหวะให้กับผนัง และมีไฟซ่อนเส้นบางๆ ส่องแสงนุ่มเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศอบอุ่นในยามค่ำ

โดยรวมมุมนี้เหมือนโซน “นั่งเล่นกลางแจ้ง” ที่เน้นความสงบ เรียบง่าย แต่แฝงดีเทลหรู เหมาะทั้งนั่งอ่านหนังสือ จิบกาแฟ หรือพักผ่อนแบบสบายๆ

ด้านหลังชิงช้าเสริมต้นไม้และมุมสวนแทรกด้วยต้นไม้พุ่มและต้นไม้ทรงสูงอย่างต้นสนเกรวิเลีย ให้ความเขียวร่มรื่นตัดกับพื้นผิวแข็งของสถาปัตยกรรม

ด้านหลังที่นั่งละที่นั่งกรุหินอ่อนสีเทาเข้มลายสวย เพิ่มความหรูหราและเชื่อมกับโทนสีธรรมชาติของพื้นไม้ ชิงช้าและมุมสวนแทรกด้วยต้นไม้พุ่ม ให้ความเขียวร่มรื่นตัดกับพื้นผิวแข็งของสถาปัตยกรรม

จุดไฮไลท์ของสวนบ้านนี้คือต้นมะกอกโอลีฟ ที่ปลูกในกระบะและเป็นที่นั่งสำหรับรองรับการใช้งานแบบเอนกประสงค์

ออกแบบจัดสวนกลางบ้าน พื้นที่นั่งพักผ่อนกลางแจ้งที่ถูก Design ให้สวนเชื่อมต่อกับตัวบ้าน ทำให้การเข้าใช้งานง่ายสะดวกและ Privacy
ด้วยกำแพงประดับตกแต่งบดบังสายตาที่สอดส่งจากภายนอก อีกทั้งยังแทรกบรรยากาศของพุ่มพรรณไม้เพื่อเพิ่มความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายในการใช้งาน
และนอกจากจะเป็นจุดพักผ่อนแล้ว ยังสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นพื้นที่รับแขก ผู้ที่มาเยี่ยมเยียนได้อีกด้วย

Serene Outdoor Courtyard

This courtyard was designed to be simple, airy, and serene. At the same time, it functions as a versatile patio for relaxation, light activities, or family gatherings. In fact, it serves as a “peaceful corner at the heart of the home,” where everyone feels calm and comfortable upon entering.

The design blends modern style with natural surroundings through clean lines and minimal materials. Moreover, the surrounding greenery adds balance and warmth. As a result, the patio promotes a sense of harmony and ease. In addition, the overall concept embraces slow living, turning the space into a “place for the soul.”
Furthermore, soft wood, light gray, and natural green tones work together to create a soothing, timeless atmosphere.

Modern Garden with Warmth and Texture

The garden follows a modern style infused with warmth and comfort. The main flooring uses warm brown-toned composite wood. Meanwhile, the planter borders feature dark gray marble with natural veining, creating contrast and sophistication. Therefore, the area feels structured and refined.

In one corner, a long built-in bench with light cushions encourages relaxation. On the other hand, the opposite side features a hanging wooden swing framed with steel, offering both charm and coziness. Additionally, layers of shrubs and tall trees bring freshness and shade. Consequently, even in an urban environment, the garden feels close to nature.

Lighting and Finishing Details

Soft lighting runs beneath the pathway edges and planter borders. As a result, the garden glows warmly at night, creating a calm and welcoming mood. Moreover, the hidden light strips emphasize textures and guide movement through the space. Ultimately, every detail blends function and aesthetics, forming a seamless and comfortable environment.

The Swing Corner

The swing is crafted from warm-toned wood and paired with cream cushions and round pillows for comfort. In addition, its steel-and-wood frame provides both strength and elegance. Behind it, a light-gray tiled wall with subtle horizontal lines adds rhythm and visual interest. Furthermore, a soft hidden light line casts a gentle glow that enhances the cozy evening atmosphere.

Overall, this corner becomes an outdoor living area that feels peaceful yet refined. Whether for reading, sipping coffee, or simply relaxing, it offers a calm escape within the home.

Lush Green Backdrop

Behind the swing, layers of shrubs and tall trees — including Grevillea — bring shade and a sense of depth. Meanwhile, the dark gray marble wall adds a luxurious contrast. Together, these elements balance the softness of greenery with the strength of the architecture. In this way, the entire space feels complete and cohesive.

Highlight Feature: Olive Tree

The highlight of this garden is an olive tree planted in a raised planter that also serves as seating. In doing so, it becomes both a focal point and a functional feature. Moreover, it encourages relaxation and conversation in a natural setting. Therefore, this element symbolizes the perfect harmony between design, nature, and daily life.

Outdoor Relaxation and Family Activities

The outdoor space was expanded to create a relaxing area while increasing usability. Since the homeowner is a pet lover, they wanted a space for family activities such as small parties, barbecues, or hotpot gatherings. This setup allows the family to spend quality time together and socialize, while pets can run freely under supervision. To enhance the overall atmosphere, warm colors and soft, curved lines were applied, making the garden inviting and comfortable.

Modern Minimalist Garden Design

Corners in the modern minimalist garden serve both relaxation and outdoor activities. The semi-outdoor pavilion features a white frame, creating an airy and open feel. In addition, ceiling fans provide ventilation for comfort. Wood and soft white-to-light brown tones further enhance the cozy environment. Meanwhile, light gray stamped concrete pathways are arranged neatly, offering a modern look while remaining easy to maintain.

Pathways and Planting

Trimmed shrub fences on the left side of the path provide privacy and greenery. On the right, raised planters contain various foliage plants, such as philodendrons and ferns, which add texture and lushness. Furthermore, low black pathway lights and recessed planter lights illuminate the walkway at night, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

Pavilion and Seating Area

At the end of the path, the pavilion opens into an outdoor seating area. Cushions in a warm orange-brown tone contrast with the lighter floors and walls. Moreover, walls feature wood and soft white-to-light brown finishes, maintaining a warm atmosphere and offering space for pets.

Garden Pathway Details

Square stamped concrete slabs are used for the garden pathway, with gaps filled with dark river gravel to allow drainage and add a natural touch. Large trees at the end serve as focal points, providing shade while drawing attention.

Indoor Laundry and Utility Space

The laundry area inside follows a narrow galley-style layout. Wood-patterned floor tiles create a natural and relaxing feel. A long, light-toned counter houses a washer and dryer underneath. Additionally, windows and doors allow natural light in and ensure proper ventilation.

Versatile Utility Corner

Another corner features a rectangular brick-built basin with white tiles. Above, a showerhead and small shelf hold cleaning supplies. Consequently, this versatile area can be used to wash large items or bathe pets. Finally, the rear wall connects with the laundry counter, keeping the space cohesive and functional.
